Manhattan Receives TA Grants Totaling $2.4 Million for Sidewalk Project

City of Manhattan On Thursday, October 6 at Manhattan Catholic Schools, Mayor Linda Morse introduced Gov. Laura Kelly, who announced $28.5 million has been awarded for 32 Transportation Alternatives (TA) projects across Kansas fo r fiscal year 2023-24 , which includes two grants to taling $2.39 million for Manhattan.
