City Commission Considers Reserve Fund

BACKGROUND: Annually, the Finance Department reports on City revenues as a precursor to budgetary considerations held later in the year. This work session is intended to provide an overview to City Management and the City Commission regarding the key revenue sources for both the 2018 and 2019 budget years. There will be two items for the City Commission’s consideration and discussion at this year’s work session.
