Riley County and RCPD Continue Firing Range Work

BACKGROUND MEMO
The Riley County Police Department, (RCPD) is currently utilizing a range near Zeandale for their training activities. The lease for this range expires on June 30, 2019. Negotiations to renew the lease have been unsuccessful, whereby the Commissioners embarked on securing a location for a new range.
