Editorial by Jon A Brake Last year the Manhattan City Commission voted on City Business 25 times, that’s all. And of that 25 votes, 21 were with a 5-0 vote. A Church Board doesn’t agree that much. Three items passed by a 4-1 vote and one passed by a 3-2 vote.
